PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION, REGISTRATION AND WITHDRAWL:


Academic session Commences in April and ends on 31st March.



  1.   ADMISSION:

    Admission open to the students for all the classes at the beginning of the new session. Transfer cases can be considered as per the specifications stated by CBSE, in case of vacancy in the class. New admissions are on vacancy cum merit basis. Minimum age for admission for L.K.G. is 3+ years and 5+ for class 1st as on 31st March for every academic session. Registration for Pre-Primary starts in the month of January. Admission form and prospectus can be purchased from the school office. Birth Certificate from the Registrar (Birth / Death), T.C. duly signed by the competent authority in case the child comes from other school/state and report card from the previous school along with two recent passport size photographs need to be produced at the time of admission. The registered candidates for senior section are to take the admission test on the informed date. Direct admission is given to class LKG. In rest of the classes admission is given strictly according to the performance of the candidate and availability of the seats, final decision regarding admission rests with the Principal. Application for the withdrawal from the school is required to be sent to the Principal by the parent or guardian of the student a month in advance. At short notice of one-month fee will be charged. A clearance certificate from Librarian, Sorts in-charge, Lab in-charge etc. should be attached with the application. School dues are charged up to the date of issue of the School Leaving Certificate. A student who has once left the school is normally not re-admitted unless there is very convincing ground for the same. Student can suspended/expelled, if found guilty of gross misconduct, irregular attendance and unsatisfactory academic progress. Principal's decision in this regard is final.


  2.   SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:

EXAMINATION PATTERN IS AS BOARD'S NEW GUIDELINE.

This includes:
  1. Four internal assessment will be held in the academic year (two in each term) aggregate weightage of 20% will be calculated for annual grades and better one from each term shall be considered.
  2. For class X, only annual exam will be considered for final grades with the weightage of 80% and rest 20% will be calculated for internal assessment.
  3. Students absent for any examination will not be entertained for re-examination.
  4. A minimum of 40% marks in aggregate is required for promotion to the next class in individual subject as well as cumulative.
  5. In case the child is unwell, a medical certificate from recognized M.B.B.S. doctor should be submitted on or before the examination. In any case medical certificate will not be accepted after the examination.
